    Oh, most Dell's use broadcom wireless cards. You'll need to double check as described the last link above to make sure.

    Assuming that's the case, you'll need either firmware for the included b43 driver, or the broadcom wl driver, depending the the exact chipset of the card.

    There are slackbuilds to help install those.
