Dell Studio Laptop - Wireless not working for Ubuntu 10.04

Just installed Ubuntu 10.04, and the wireless does not work at all. I executed the WirelessSetup script, and this is what I got.

Edit: I was not able to wrap up every thing I got in <code>, so I attached the text file here.

    Thanks.

Okay, I just read the other ubuntu thread and did the following.

    Code:
    sudo apt-get install b43-fwcutter
Now, it is able to detect wireless. But, it tries to connect for a long time, and fails in the end.
