Anyway... Let's give it a try...May I suggest you post the other requirements such as lsmod uname -r etc... You can post it directly in your box instead of an attachment.

Can you post the output of

The other issue is that the open source acx driver does not support WPA encryption. If you need that, you'll have to use ndiswrapper.
