    Unhappy Help with installing Edimax wireless dongle drivers, so i can access the internet

    Hi all, my very first post!

    Now this is my very first time using Ubuntu and i have no knowledge at all of Ubuntu.
    I have tried popping the cd into the pc and running but i get the error "cannot find auto run program" there are linux drivers on the disc, but as with what to do with them i am clueless.

    First, your USB-id database is outdated. Not a big deal, though.

    7392:7711 is EW-7711UTn nLite Wireless Adapter [Ralink RT2870]

    There may be a problem with this device, see post #25 for solution.

    You have two driver modules loading for your device. It will not work with two modules loaded.
