Backtrack4 r1 problem :/

Hello guys,
well the problem is the following:
I have windows vista :/ installed on the pc(i m not very used to linux yet^^) so i tried to run backtrack 4 r1 on ubuntu using VMware player.
Although i have connection to the internet(i m writing from the backtrack page atm :P ) there was a problem while loading the backtrack since wlan0 areas were not " done" at least it didnt write it^^.Furthermore,i type airmon-ng to the console but i get no answer on the triplet interface/chipset/driver
I have a hp pavillion with ealtek RTL8168C(P)/8111C(P) Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC(NDIS 6.0)

i get :
lo no wireless extensions.

eth0 no wireless extensions.

and nothing more,thanks for your help
