There's a relatively new linux driver for the card.

If you're running Ubuntu, there's a relatively simple way to get the driver. Otherwise, AFAIK, you'll need to build the latest compat-wireless yourself.
Actually, it looks like it should be in the kernel since 2.6.35. What distro are you running?
Otherwise, ndiswrapper and the windows xp driver might work.
