Hello and welcome to the forums!

I'm unfamiliar with that package, but that error message would indicate that there is no package by that name in any of the repositories listed in your sources.list, or you have not updated the packages list so that the package can be found.oz

apt-get requires you to know the exact package name. Use a package manager to search for what you need.
example: I use aptitude because it works on desktops and servers. I typed "sudo aptitude" "/" opens a search and I typed in "bcm mod" I found bcmwl-modaliases package ( Description: Modaliases for the Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA driver ) on Ubuntu Lucid 10.04
