    X60s Lenovo

    I've installed mint on my old laptop and I'm having issues connecting via wireless adapter. I'm hoping that there is a distro that will do this with a fresh install. I've seen a few threads where lenovo is stated to need a "3494 driver" or something similar that install leads me to more issues asking to install a "EEE" driver. I apologize for my lack of specifics, but I hope someone can lead me to a distro or possibly a simple apt-get that i could use to get this running.

    What version of Mint did you install? In any case, the definitive source for Linux wireless information, drivers, etc. is Linux Wireless
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

    Sorry about the delay... I didn't see that you had replied.
    Anyways... It looks like all needed firmware is loaded.
    Does your laptop happen to have an on/off toggle switch? Make sure that it's turned on.
    If it's already on, open a terminal and do the following:
    Code:
    sudo rfkill unblock all
    Then try to connect to your network.
