    Hi Jay,
    The /sbin/dhcpcd wlan0 returns bash: / sbin / dhcpcd: No such file
    I went to /sbin/ and I don't have the dhcpcd file
    Can I create it? How?
    What I found is a dhclient file and dhclient.script file

    No worries. I forgot that some distros don't always use dhcpcd.

    So after you tried those commands, do you still not have networking? The easiest way to tell is to ping someone.

    sorry Mike Tbob and Jay but I still don't have networking with my wifi. Only with wired one. A question: I start fedora 16 and to see your answers I'm with wired Internet then I do the commands and nothing happens. Is that cause the wired Internet is on? But I take out the wired one and tried once more but same problems. Do I have to log off then login with wired Internet and try to get the wifi connexion? Well I'll do this now and I tell you What was the result.

    Change WIRELESS_KEY to your actual key

    dhclient wlan0
    If it tells you that dhclient is already running, shut it down too. Last time it gave you this error:
    dhclient(2518 ) is already running - exiting.
    2518 is the PID number in the above example, next time the PID number will be different....make a note of the new PID for dhclient and shut it down. For example if it says
    dhclient(3323 ) is already running - exiting.
    The command to shut it down would be

    kill 3323
    Then try launching dhclient again. If all this fails, post the output of

    dmesg
    EDIT: Post any output you get, no matter how insignificant.

    Than I try to connect and this Network Manager asks the key. I put the key and it asks once more, and once more, and once more. I took my wife's computer to check the key and... guess what... the key is correct. The other computer I installed Ubuntu, I have the wifi working BUT it doesn't connect but I have to say that something is strange cause the other computer could Internet surfing via wifi and now doesn't anymore. Is Mr Gat.. screweing my connections to obligate me to use Bad'ndows? LOL
    Do you thing starting once more fresh could change something? My wife is going crazy with this problem... ^^

    Maybe you should try installing WICD and give that a shot. It might want to remove network manager. Check your package manager.

    All I have to say to both of you ist: TTTHHHAAANNNKKK YYYOOOUUU!!!
    You are the masters. First I installed WICD and then problem with Network Manager. Than I removed Network Manager nad SElinux blocked Wicd. Than I re-installed EVERYTHING fresh, installed WICD, made NetworkManager down and Wicd up and some manipulations to make SElinux Permissive and everything is working. I still have the SElinux that something doesn't go as it likes but I have Wifi and Wired Internet working. I'll try with the other computer to see if it works.
    I'll post the manipulations I made.
    I'm really greatfull for your help and patience
