    Linux Mint USB Wireless newbie

    I've seen some dynamite posts on this particular issue but none seem to involve the fix for my specific system, so any help would be appreciated. Much thanks to waterhead for the script - not having to pop all the commands in is nice. Note that the internal card is working just fine (when it isn't having component level problems that I really don't want to continue dealing with), but beyond that - well, I'm lost

    All of that and I didn't state the problem. I can't get this little guy to work. Can't even get the light to come on. I've tried compat and installing the driver directly, to no avail.
