    Hi, I can see the wireless networks but i cannot connect to them, they just needs my password over and over again. It would be great if you could help me with this. I installed xubuntu for the first time two days ago, but i've hade ubuntu installed for a few years.

    This is what I got from the commands:

    Code:

    You went to the trouble to make 15 junk posts, just so you could post a link to your question in another part of this forum site? You should know that cross-posting is against the forum rules here. The people that help here are all volunteers - there are lots here that give their time freely to help others. All that is asked is that you respect their time. You posted your original question in the right place - if someone can help you, then they will.

    In the meantime you should take a look at the site rules and the FAQ for new users

    @Roxoff

    I am very greatful for every help i can get. I haven't used Linux so much so I don't think I can help anyone with it in this forum yet. I tried to find the spot for my junkpost where i hoped i did minimum damage, and that was the newbieforum, where I belong.

    @arochester

    Thanks very much, it seemes like there are a lot of problems with my wifi-card. I think I managed to do as the link told, but it still don't work. I search furthermore for an answer. Thanks anyway.

    @elija

    I tried that too but i didn't get much wiser. Thanks anyway.
