    WiFi PCI Card for Dell L866r.


    Just wanted to check and see if this PCI WiFi card would work with the Dell L866r Desktop that I've got.

    Cant tell, No chip mentioned, Cd is Windows only. Might be a crap shoot. Me. When I bought one for my Motorcycle shop PC which is Outside of House and a Metal building. I bought this one. . I went to Newegg and under reader comments section. I type in Linux.

    That one looks pretty good and it's still only $10 bucks. My OS should Auto Detect the WiFi card same as when I put an OS on a laptop and it "finds" the WiFi card and lets me get hooked up to my modem but you never can tell. LOL
    Think I might give that one a try instead of the one form EvilBay. Thanks.
