ok so I bought a Linksys wireless nic and I was trying to install it using the windows installer using wine but I always get an error in the middle teling me it failed to install.
EDIT: ok so I installed kwifimanager but it doesn't pick up my card.
Is there another way I can get it to work?

God,
Go get <ndiswrapper> and <wpa_supplicant> and install them. You can find them on Google. Those will allow you to use the Windows drivers from your vendor CD under Linux.

Nevermind it still won't install the drivers I need for my card it comes up with the error:
An installation support filecould not be installed. (0x8000ffff)
