    need help with pci card....


    i want to buy a wireless pci card for a desktop computer....i need one that can be put in monitor mode/promiscuous mode and also supports packet injection.....can any you give me any input....i have a belkin 802.11g 54Mbs card but i guess it doesn't support monitor mode/packet injection....? thank you...i hear atheros is good..

    Yes, Atheros is good.
    It supports monitor and packet injection (with a driver patch)
