I tried the same command in roots home directory and I got this :

    [root@localhost ~]# ndiswrapper -i /home/Wdrivers
    driver wdrivers is already installed
    [root@localhost ~]# ndiswrapper -l
ls: /etc/ndiswrapper/wireless: No such file or directory
ls: drivers: No such file or directory
    installed drivers:
    net5211 invalid driver!
    wdrivers invalid driver!
    wireless drivers invalid driver!

Besides the autostart.inf these are all of the files in the Drivers Folder on my D-Link CD.

You don't install a directory! You install the .inf file, it copies it over.

How do I install a .inf file?

    You said ndiswrapper -i /path/to/file.inf

    So I put :
    ndiswrapper -i /home/file.inf

I don't think you did anything bad,
/etc/ndiswrapper/wireless: No such file or directory
If there is no file for ndiswrapper to load, it can't load anything and doesn't need to be "undone". A reboot wouldn't hurt if you feel unsure.

I used the yum command to uninstall and got this :

    [root@localhost ~]# yum remove ndiswrapper*
    Loading "installonlyn" plugin
    Setting up Remove Process
    No Match for argument: ndiswrapper*
    No Packages marked for removal

I also removed all installed programs containing the word ndiswrapper with the Add/Remove Software tool.

I then checked to see if it was still there and got this :

    /etc/ndiswrapper
    /etc/ndiswrapper/net5211
    /etc/ndiswrapper/wdrivers
    /etc/ndiswrapper/wireless drivers

    So that didnt work.
I tried things from the hyperlink you gave me and then tried to re-install ndiswrapper with the yum command and got this :

    Complete!

I then typed `ndiswrapper` to see if it had properly installed. Very much like my already correctly installed software it comes up with a list of switches to use with the ndiswrapper command.

I try to install the .inf file from the drivers folder on my wireless cards cd and I get this :

    [root@localhost WDrivers]# ls
    ar52119x.sys ar5211.sys net5211.cat net5211.inf
    [root@localhost WDrivers]# ndiswrapper -i net5211.inf
    driver net5211 is already installed!

So it appears to be already installed.

When I try to see if it is working I get this :

    [root@localhost WDrivers]# ndiswrapper -l
ls: /etc/ndiswrapper/wireless: No such file or directory
ls: drivers: No such file or directory
    installed drivers:
    net5211 invalid driver!
    wdrivers invalid driver!
    wireless drivers invalid driver!

Since I only installed the .inf the others were there from the first install which means they were not removed.

    What should I do?
