Question How to install wireless, Redhat Enterprise

i am new to linux, i am using inspiron 6000 of dell, i have got RedHat 2.6.9-22.EL. and wireless router is intel corporation PRO/wireless 2200BG.

could u pls help me out where to get the driver and how to install

pls help me out

is ndiswrapper needed?
i read somewhere how to install in suse
they say i have to find out 'source of the version', what does that mean ?
they use 'make install ' command

will this work with redhat

pls help me out ...........

Im fairly new to Linux myself but I'll try and help. Here is a list of supported devices for ndiswrapper as well as installation instructions.

The source code is the raw code which needs to be compiled to work on Redhat. When you compile the source code correctly it will work on your distro. To complile you must use the linux terminal along with the make install command.
