Ubuntu + wireless = always crappy for me?
I get frequent disconnects from my wireless network. Sometimes I must restart the laptop to reconnect as I know no other way to fix the problem.
I'm using the computer in my sig + a Intel3945ABG wireless card. I am using a Linksys 54G router which has been updated to the latest firmware.
What is happening? This is very annoying to me as in Windows I never had this problem.
In addition my signal strength using Windows was always around 95% but when using Ubuntu 7.04 my best signal % to-date is 70%.

Your card uses this driver. Try to extract, compile (using make; make install) and run modprobe ipw2200 to see if the problem is fixed
