First of all, check lsusb (Please post the output) to see if it exists. Then you'll need to find and install a driver. I found this on google, I can't see it at school but it might help you.

I also found a Xubuntu forum post suggesting use of ndiswrapper. I use ndiswrapper and it works for my Belkin card flawlessly.
would this "ndiswrapper" work on my "Belkin Wireless G USB Network Adapter" on my desktop? It's just a wireless receiver that receives the signal from my router in the other room...
Well... what else would it do? :D
