Intel 2200BG wireless card not working
Hi, this is my first post on these forums :P
Anyway, I JUST downloaded ubuntu and for some reason and my intel 2200bg wireless card has been working fine. But I tried hibernating my laptop a couple days ago, and it went all screwy (I can only assume my laptop does not supposed hibernation mode?) and I had to go into the BIOS and reset everything to its default settings. After that, my wireless card stopped working properly, although the package is supposed to be installed already in my version. I've scanned many other forums, and here is the information one would probably need:

I have an HP compaq nc8000, the default switch doesn't work in linux (i think it's fn+f2).
Note that I am a complete newbie to linux; please explain in detail what to do.
