Suse10 wlan file sharing and internet connection sharing

Hi,

I have a desktop in suse10 with wifi card and a laptop in winxp. I would want to share files and the internet through the suse box. I have installed wifi driver through ndiswrapper and it work well(suse recognizes the wifi network card).
I am using a dsl modem for modem that is connceted to suse.
Can any one guide me the best way to set up communication and enable internet conncetion in between Suse and xp through wifi?

Try setting up shares between them. Link them through Samba.

The windows machine is detecting the network on the suse box and suse detects windows as well when i assign manual ip address. But they dont ping each other.I have explored and setup the file shares through the samba from yast.
Can u tell me how i can proceed from here?
