installation

I have Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro v.2058 laptop (with SATA HDD) and i would like to install Yoper paralelly to Windows (i have already prepared partition for Yoper).
Unfortunately, installator wants to install yoper on my whole HDD.

is there something i can do to have both systems on disk?

Welcome to the forums!

It's been a very long time since I last installed Yoper, but there should be an option for manual partitioning that will allow you to choose which partitions Yoper is to be installed on. I do remember for sure that Yoper allowed for dual-boot back when I last installed it.

Try the installation again and take a closer look at your partitioning options. Of course they could have changed things since I last installed it.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks - everything is clear now. I was just a little affraid to click "proceed installation" on the stage, when installator asks me about partitioning. I already had partition so i could click ahead.

Thanks a lot

No problem at all... and don't hesitate to post additional threads with any new issues.
