I might switch back to GNOME, but I just hate how the wm didn't allow for windows snapping together at the edges (I'm a neat freak like that). Other than that, I do like the look and feel of GNOME.

Hmm... you can both with something like Fluxbox or Enlightenment you know. WM's just get a bad rap because it's just a bit harder to make them look cool, but with a bit of patience and configuration I can make Flux look just as cool as KDE, IMO.

Slip Linux User Join Date: Nov 2003 Location: Brooklyn, NY Posts: 347	I suggest GNOME bacause all the applications that I use under Linux are GTK (KDE uses QT). Firefox, Thunderbird, OpenOffice, Gimp, Gaim, and whichever other popular application you can think of is GTK.
